StudyDesk privacy overview
StudyDesk privacy starts with a simple boundary: public product pages are meant for anyone to read, while account study records, Planner and Todo content, Tutor conversations, documents and user analytics are private application data.
Data used to provide StudyDesk
StudyDesk may process account information and the study records a student chooses to create, such as sessions, subjects, plans, tasks, revision activity and settings. Some features also process technical information needed for sign-in, security, synchronization and reliable operation.
AI Tutor and uploaded material
When a student uses AI features, the question and relevant context needed for that request may be processed by the configured StudyDesk AI services. If a student chooses an image or document feature, that material is processed only as needed for the requested workflow. Students should avoid uploading information they do not need for the study task.
Public discovery does not expose private study data
Search-engine and AI-search optimization applies only to intentionally public StudyDesk pages. Authenticated dashboards, private Tutor conversations, documents, Planner/Todo records, analytics, settings, admin tools and internal APIs are not made public for discovery.
Security and account responsibility
StudyDesk uses authentication and application controls to separate private account areas from public pages. Students should protect their sign-in credentials and report unexpected account activity or privacy concerns to support.
