StudyDesk terms of use

These StudyDesk terms explain the basic conditions for using the student productivity, study tracking and AI-assisted learning features responsibly.

Educational and productivity purpose

StudyDesk provides tools for study organization, tracking, revision, practice and AI-assisted learning. It is not a substitute for official examination authorities, teachers, textbooks or other primary sources when accuracy matters.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for activity carried out through their account. Do not attempt to access another student's private data, bypass access controls or misuse administrative or backend interfaces.

Acceptable use

Do not use StudyDesk to attack, disrupt, overload or probe the service or third-party systems without authorization. Do not upload unlawful content or content that you do not have the right to use.

AI-generated content

AI-generated educational responses may be incomplete or wrong. Verify important calculations, exam rules, deadlines, eligibility information and other high-stakes facts with reliable primary or official sources.

Service and third-party features

Some StudyDesk features depend on external infrastructure or service providers and may change, be unavailable or behave differently depending on deployment configuration. StudyDesk may improve, replace or retire features as the product develops.
