Who should check eligibility
- Citizen of, or granted refugee status by, an eligible Commonwealth country (India is eligible), and permanently resident there.
- Available to start academic studies in the UK by September 2027.
- By September 2027, hold a first degree of at least upper second-class (2:1) honours standard, or a lower second-class degree plus a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Unable to afford to study in the UK without this scholarship.
- All supporting documentation (passport/ID proof, full transcripts, references from at least two individuals) uploaded by the closing date.
- No age limit. Applicants who already hold a UK Master's or a previous Commonwealth Master's Scholarship are not eligible.
How to apply safely

- Step 3Register on CSC Central (needs 2FA via smartphone or a second email) and prepare answers and documents outside the system first.
