Is JEE Main 2027 cutoff released?
Qualifying cutoff vs admission cutoff
| Cutoff type | What it means | Who releases/uses it |
|---|---|---|
| JEE Advanced qualifying cutoff | Threshold used to determine JEE Advanced eligibility from JEE Main, subject to rules for that year | Published with/after JEE Main result process |
| NIT/IIIT/GFTI admission cutoff | Opening/closing rank or score outcome for institute + branch + category + quota | JoSAA/CSAB seat allocation |
Should you trust expected JEE Main 2027 cutoff tables now?
Treat them only as estimates if they clearly explain their method and reference years. Do not use a predicted percentile as an official eligibility guarantee.
NIT+ admission rule is separate from the JEE cutoff
2026 reference: NIT+ admission used the Class 12 75% / 65% or top-20-percentile rule in addition to JEE Main ranking requirements. The 2027 JoSAA/CSAB rules can change and must be checked separately.
